Flexible time off: Flexibility is important to us. We understand work can be stressful and encourage our team members to rest when needed. We offer a starting 15 paid vacation days per year and increase this as your time with us grows. This, of course, plus paid holidays such as New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving to the Friday after, and Christmas Day.

Company Culture: Our company works closely together to solve citywide issues, but this doesn't mean we hang up our coats and only talk engineering.
